On April 10, 2018, my story, "It's All About the Dogs" will appear in the new Chicken Soup for the Soul Book: My Crazy Family. It's a humorous story about my dad's love for dogs. As an author, it's always fun to walk into a bookstore and see your work, especially when it comes to Chicken Soup for the Soul. I'm a regular contributor to the series and it's always exciting to read one of my stories or have someone tell you that they read your story and it made a difference in their lives. That's all the appreciation that an author ever needs.

Our fur babies are sometimes part therapist and part friend, but always a welcome a sight at the end of a long day. They listen to our problems and plop their heads in our lap and sometimes they come to our aid -- ph...Read Full Post »
