When I first started speaking and writing five years ago, there was something that Florence Littauer (speaker/writer) said that has stuck with me, "Writing and speaking go hand and hand just like a hand and a glove." Florence was spot on.

Eventually whatever you write about, you will be asked to speak about (especially if it's published in a book!). Through the years, I have had the privilege of sharing "Living the Passionate Life" which is an extension of my book, Trading Ashes for Roses, which chronicles my journey through breast cancer.

It's a privilege to share the art of speaking tomorrow at the Lancaster Christian Writer's Super Saturday where I will be talking about "Platform Success to Share God's Message."  It's still not too late (walk-in registrations are accepted).
