I don't consider myself a children's writer, but I wrote and illustrated a book for children last week. The story has been in my head for a year, so it was already done. The illustrations were by DALL-E, and the book cover was from Amazon, so it was a snap! It's been on my bucket list for a year, so I can now check it off. I dedicated it to our four grandchildren: Clara, Ellis, Adeline and Cooper. Hopefully, while we're visiting in December, I'll have an opportunity to read it to them.
