Be Still Gratitude Journal

It's here! And it's just in time for Easter and Mother's Day. You can find the Be Still Gratitude Journal on It makes the perfect gift for a friend, family member or colleague. Or you can buy one for yourself and give one as a gift.

I started a gratitude journal 28 years ago when I was first diagnosed with breast cancer. I needed to find a way to channel my energy into something positive, especially when I was going through radiation treatments. That journal changed my life!

I wanted this journal to be pretty, easy, and fun! Just write down three or four things you're grateful for each day (it's okay to skip a few days). There's even a place for "My Moments." I had one this morning. I was supposed to be at the doctor at 8 a.m. (and I'm not a morning person). So, I was rushing around to find my car keys. I looked everywhere and even dumped my purse out on the dining room table. When I went into the kitchen to get my coffee mug, there they were . . . right on the kitchen counter by my sunglasses. It was my moment!

At the bottom of the journal page is a space for a quote, affirmation, or Bible verse. That's my favorite part of the day and as a writer, I often refer back to those pages for stories.

The first one to write a comment on this blog post will receive a "Be Still Gratitude Journal." Joyfully His,
